James D. Beatty, Chairman & Director
In his capacity at Trinity Capital Corporation, Jim has been involved in capital market transactions exceeding $1 billion. Jim has sat on 27 public company boards in Canada and the United States, and has customarily chaired the audit and compensation committee. Amongst those boards have been mining, and oil and gas companies.

William M. Chandler, President , Chief Executive Officer & Director
Bill has twenty-five years of experience in oil and gas financings. His broad based contacts across the USA have enabled Canary Resources to identify and screen prospects consistent with the objectives of the company. Additionally, Bill's experience has allowed Canary Resources to properly evaluate the capabilities of the partners in the various prospects.

• Served as CEO of two oil/gas exploration and production companies
• Syndicated financing for drilling programs and lease acquisition funds for several independent oil and gas companies
• Principal owner of NASD firm specializing in creative financing of energy development
• Organized financing for an innovative horizontal technology in partnership with Amoco
• Promotion for national oil companies and major independents in international offshore blocks and onshore acreage plays
• Organized team which successfully negotiated a major international LNG project.

Michael J.H. Brown, Vice-Chairman & Director
Mike has extensive experience in capital markets for natural resource companies. His background is in equity analysis, corporate finance and M&A for resource companies with prominent investment banks. Mike is a former president of Macquarie Bank's North American natural resource corporate finance activities. He is a director of 3 public companies, and is a former Governor of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Lester C. McCormick, Director
A Certified Professional Landman with over twenty years of experience in all areas of the oil and gas industry, Les is a Vice President of Associated Resources, Inc. of Houston, Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Les is a member and former Director of the American Association of Professional Landmen, and a former Trustee and a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Stephen Allee, Senior VP Operations
B.S. in Earth Sciences, Northwest Missouri State University. Steve has 23 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is a Licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Kansas. His career experience includes geological, exploration, and management roles. In 1989 he founded a consulting firm specializing in the design, operations, and management of oil and gas properties with particular focus on coalbed methane wells. Steve was employed by Osborn Energy between 1998 and 2005, at which time he joined Canary.

James Steinheider, Senior VP Finance
B.S. in Accounting, University of Missouri, and Certified Public Accountant. Jim has over 33 years of experience in management, operations accounting and finance as the Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, including six years as the Chief Financial Officer of Osborn Energy, LLC, a gas exploration and production company. Jim joined Canary in 2005.

Rex Ashlock, Senior VP Drilling & Exploration
B.S. in Earth Sciences, Emporia State University. Rex has over 26 years experience in the oil and gas industry. His career experience includes well site geology, drilling, and production supervision. Rex owned and operated his own geological consulting firm before joining Osborn Energy in 1998, and moved to Canary in 2005.
